Girl Scouts of Connecticut

Girl Scouts of Connecticut is a new organization as of Oct. 2007, formed by a merging of 5 Connecticut councils dating back to the inception of Girl Scouts in 1912. Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence and character, who make the world a better place. As the lead organization in the collaborative, Girl Scouts of Connecticut provides a substantial network that offers a wealth of opportunities for informal learning and personal growth. Our programming keeps pace with the ever-changing needs of girls in today's world and seeks to address gender disparities in the workforce.
