SWENext DesignLab

SWENext DesignLab is a half-day experience designed to encourage girls to choose a career in engineering. This is achieved through two congruent programs: Middle School Girls Program (Grades 6 – 8) and Parent Educator Program (PEP). And through two high school awards: the SWENext Local Innovator Award and the SWENext Northrop Grumman Community Award.

All girls registered for the SWE Girls Program will participate in a hands-on engineering experience with members of the Society of Women Engineers. Participants are asked to stay for the entire program.
