YWCA Kalamazoo TechGYRLS

TechGYRLS is a youth empowerment program designed to increase the participation, interest, and confidence of young girls in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). This program provides a creative and hands-on approach to STEM education through building Lego MindSTORM robots and educational field trips where participants will observe STEM being applied by successful women leaders. The goal of TechGYRLS is to provide technology education in an all-girl environment where girls feel comfortable taking risks and opening up to new learning opportunities.
